C & C Fire Protection, Inc. was born in November 2004, after many years of building others’ businesses, the original partners decided to build a business of their own.

C & C is a full service fire protection contractor.  We will perform plan design and submittals.  We will obtain all necessary permits and schedule required inspections.  We provide a one year warranty and an operations manual with all completed tenant improvements or new builds.

We offer new builds, tenant improvements, service work, underground installation and repair, flow tests, backflow preventer installation and repair, building inspections, backflow testing, and fire extinguisher inspection and refills.

Currently we are contracted to perform the new build and retrofit at Navapache Regional Medical Center and Verde Valley Medical Center.  We are the fire protection contractor at The Boeing Company where we recently installed a Foam Deluge System.  In addition, we are preparing for a new Foam Deluge install in a separate building.

At the end of our second full year, we had tripled our volume from the end of our first year.  At the end of June 2007, we have booked enough work to meet last year’s totals.  We anticipate increasing our volume by at least 50% for year ending 2007.

We currently have twenty employees, nine company vehicles and anticipate adding at least two more company vehicles this year.
