President:

Tom Caretto has been a union fire sprinkler fitter for more than thirty years.  He has been responsible for large facilities such as The Boeing Company and General Dynamics.

After many years of working in the field, Tom really found his niche estimating jobs.  Tom is currently our President and Chief Estimator.

Tom lives in Phoenix where he enjoys remodeling houses, hiking, biking and all fitness related activity.  His children are both grown.

Vice President:

Aaron Clark has been a union sprinkler fitter for more than ten years.  After completing his apprenticeship, Aaron was immediately promoted to foreman.  He quickly demonstrated that he was general foreman/superintendent material, and has been in charge of operations at different companies ever since.

Aaron operates as C & C’s general manager and lives in Surprise with his wife and four children.  Aaron enjoys hiking, riding ATVs and playing baseball.

Mike Condra, Foreman

Mike has been in the industry for more than fifteen years.  In charge of several large complexes, Mike has proved to be an invaluable asset in bringing jobs in on time and within budget.   Mike has been with C & C since its inception.

Mike lives in Apache Junction with his wife and son.  Mike enjoys outdoor activities, spending time with his family, and NASCAR.
